Payment
Vertica A/S and Boye & Co. accept registrations for UX Connect 26. Payment is handled via email, where we will send you an invoice.
If you prefer a different payment method or have specific invoicing requirements, please note this in the “Invoicing” field in the registration form.
Prices
All prices are excluding VAT and are clearly stated on the website.
- Members of Boye & Co peer groups or existing Vertica customers: DKK 3,500 + VAT
- Early Bird (up to and including 27 March 2026, or while tickets last): DKK 4,500 + VAT
- From 28 March 2026 (and if you are not a member/Vertica customer): DKK 6,500 + VAT
Right of withdrawal / cancellation
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 31 May 2026. After 31 May 2026, you can either:
- Transfer your spot to a colleague free of charge, or
- Transfer your ticket to a future event or membership, or
- Receive a refund minus a €50 fee
Confidentiality
Vertica A/S respects your privacy and does not share your personal data with third parties unless it is necessary for administering registration and invoicing. We do not sell your data.
Processing of personal data
In connection with the event, we process your contact and registration details to administer your participation.
Disclosure for invoicing:
In connection with invoicing, Vertica A/S forwards the necessary personal data (typically name, email, company, and invoicing details) to Janus Boye (Boye & Co), who is responsible for invoicing and payment administration.
We take photographs to document the conference and publish selected images on our website and social media. If you do not wish to appear in photos, please contact the photographer on the day.
You have the right to object to the use and can request that images be removed by contacting us. Read more about our data processing and your rights:
