In close collaboration with Vertica, Bolia has developed a unique e-commerce platform that serves as the hub for all sales and customer interactions across channels. The platform supports online B2C and B2B sales as well as in-store operations in over 38 physical stores across Europe.
Bolia’s stores function not only as showrooms for selected pieces but also allow customers to explore the full assortment via iPads in-store. The latest platform update now fully supports B2B sales, enabling partnerships with resellers worldwide. The principle mirrors B2C: end customers can view select pieces in the reseller’s store and access the full collection via in-store iPads.
B2B partners gain a complete IT and logistics setup, as the platform handles all business processes, including procurement, sales, and logistics. Bolia’s furniture is produced to order, eliminating stock requirements for international resellers. A digital delivery calculation ensures accurate delivery dates for end customers.
With this new platform, Bolia can scale faster, easily onboarding new resellers and entering markets where it does not operate physical stores.




The user experience
In addition to standard features, the B2B dealer can view and configure their individual assortment, compare purchase prices with recommended retail prices and margins, and access information on upcoming Bolia collections.
When assisting an end customer in-store, the dealer can hide B2B pricing with a single click, so the customer only sees the final price. The platform also allows dealers to create and send personalised offers via email, streamlining the quotation process and enabling customers to quickly approve or adjust their order.
Built on Bolia’s B2C platform, the B2B solution delivers a thoroughly tested and optimised customer experience that is refined daily.

With the launch of a scalable B2B platform, Bolia has created an easily accessible, fully functional sales tool, giving B2B dealers worldwide access to a complete platform with integrated logistics management and a full product range of over 500,000 SKUs.
Since launching the new e-commerce solution, Bolia has onboarded 60 dealers across 15 countries, with even more markets ready to connect to the B2B platform. This has driven impressive growth of 241%.
